Technology
The software development practice at CardinalTS is based upon a pragmatic approach that takes
the best features out of the traditional waterfall approach and the iterative development practices
and then applies them together as required by the specifics of a given project.
This strategy can be described as two-pronged:
Processes that cut across the various lifecycle stages of the SDLC and are carried out
through the project – these typically include functions like project documentation, continuous integration etc.
Processes that are carried out in time-bound phases of the software development
lifecycle – these typically cover design, implementation and testing phases.
Based upon these principles, the technology delivery team at CardinalTS has established two
distinct practices that are employed toward effective delivery of technology solutions. At the heart
of the delivery process lays the QA process that ensures delivery of high quality products
resulting in total customer satisfaction.
